No bull. The new Oakley Radars are sweet. The fact that they fit my face perfectly, combined with high end optics you can interchange (I chose the optional Polarized lens kit), are a major plus. With three lens shapes available for an ultimate custom fit, you are bound to find the perfect balance of comfort and protection. The real test was on the water. During my first 30 minutes on a sail with heavy glare, it was apparent I was wearing something special and not just another gimmick. I could see the puffs on the water so easily compared to my old shades and the wrap around frame/lens were perfectly deflecting the spray flying towards my face. Oakley puts what is called a "Hyrdophobic" coating on their lenses and it works very well. No water spots or fogging! I've worn many types of eye protection on the boat but this tops them all. I only wish Oakley offered a retaining strap similar to the Water Jacket. Not a big deal as almost any strap will suffice. These are definitely worth a look if you are looking for an upgrade.
